Job summary

Magnum Venus Products (MVP) is seeking Material Handlers for our facility in Lenoir City, TN. You will count, weigh, and verify incoming shipments, route items to departments, and operate a lift truck. You will also investigate inventory discrepancies and log receipts according to procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of related experience; forklift experience is preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a stable, family-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift truck or hoist.
• Verify receipts and log them according to procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct bin and stock maintenance (physically & in ERP system).
• Advise management of cycle count issues on a timely basis.
• Receive all inbound parts & transfers.
• Other projects as needed.

Job description

MVP is seeking to hire Material Handlers for our facility in Lenoir City, TN. In this role you will count, weigh or measure incoming shipments to verify information against invoices, orders and bills of lading. You will rout items to various departments and put away stock while operating a lift truck or hoist. In addition, you will investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while advising management of cycle count issues.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs up to 2/3 of workday
