Job summary

Magnum Venus Products is seeking a Parts Runner to transport parts, tools, and documents between MVP facilities to support uninterrupted production and on-time delivery commitments.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, verifying items, communicating with site teams, and maintaining delivery logs. A valid license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and independent work style are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery-driving role preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move parts and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in following schedules.
• Basic organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport parts, tools, documents, and materials between MVP facilities on a scheduled or as-needed basis.
• Load, unload, and secure parts and materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips, pick lists, or transfer documents prior to pickup and delivery.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and shipping personnel at each location to coordinate pickup and delivery times.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain signatures or confirmations for completed deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks, staging materials, and other warehouse duties between runs as needed.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Report any delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods immediately to the supervisor.

Role Summary:

• Exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions during loading/unloading and while traveling between sites.
