JT4, LLC is seeking a Buyer II to procure COTS materials, services, and equipment, negotiating favorable terms while managing supplier relationships. JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
A Buyer II purchases commonly used commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) materials, supplies, equipment, and services (e.g., utilities, maintenance, and repair). Transactions usually involve local retailers, wholesalers, jobbers, and manufacturers' sales representatives. Quantities purchased are generally small amounts (e.g., those available from local sources) and are at the most favorable price consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements, and other factors.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred, or equivalent combination of formal training and three or more years' experience are required for this position.

The expected salary range for this position is $73,257.60 to $76,960.00 annually.

Work is primarily sedentary in an office environment. Some walking, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, stretching and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is required for such purposes as filing and gathering supplies. Frequent use of a computer is required.
Travel to remote company work locations may be required.
