Responsibilities

  • Assist with the purchasing of medical supplies, fleet parts, equipment, and other goods and services.
  • Support sourcing and relationship-building with vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions following agency procedures.
  • Help maintain inventory levels to support operations and prevent shortages.
  • Track warranties, returns, credits, and recalls as needed.
  • Support inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with the management of service contracts and maintenance agreements for agency facilities.
  • Monitor supplier performance and report any issues to senior staff.
  • Participate in identifying cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and prepare documentation for internal review or audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective procurement and facility maintenance support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

This position provides support for REMSA Health’s procurement, inventory, vendor management, and facility maintenance functions. This Position Is Accountable For The Following Functions
