Performance Foodservice is seeking an onsite administrator in Phoenix, AZ to coordinate supplier relationships and ensure in-stock levels for national and regional foodservice accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining service levels, handling special orders, and collaborating with sales, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years office/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains multi line product replenishment? (not applicable)
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate supply of high quality products contracted by National and Regional chain customers for Foodservice Distribution.
• Maintain established service levels for product in-stock.
• Assist with special order requests.
• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, and performs duties to best serve the company.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels to ensure superior service levels to customers and sales force.
• Interacts with sales force, customers, and vendors regarding market conditions, delivery schedules and product information.
• Works in a team environment while able to work independently to meet parameters.
• Develops interpersonal relationships to foster openness, candor, and trust.
