Auction.com is seeking a hands-on Buyer Experience Supervisor in Plano, TX to lead a team of inbound support specialists helping buyers register, bid, and transact in distressed property auctions.

You will cover queue during volume spikes, participate in coaching, and drive service level, quality scores, and buyer satisfaction. Four days in the office, with incentive-based performance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• 4+ years of inbound support, contact center, or customer service experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Ability to handle inbound buyer calls at a specialist level of quality and efficiency.
• Experience coaching and managing a team of support specialists.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coach a team of Buyer Experience Specialists and Sr. Specialists.
• Take inbound buyer calls to protect service levels during spikes.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely, professional buyer support.
• Monitor queue, staffing, and performance metrics to meet SLAs.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews with the team.
