Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables and VLOOKUP; basic Microsoft Office.
• Data-driven, able to analyze market trends and build partnerships with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Select and procure merchandise with the Buyer to meet profit targets.
• Analyze category performance and provide insights to the team.
• Visit markets and vendor appointments to select assortments and negotiate pricing.
• Share competitive insights to drive growth and value.
• Build strong vendor relationships and manage orders and feedback.
• Track emails, updates, and late shipments with Buyers.
