Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a procurement professional to purchase materials and/or services following Purchasing Department procedures and internal controls.

The role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating quotes and contracts, and interfacing with internal staff to ensure accuracy of materials and services, while maintaining knowledge of purchasing policies and supplier networks.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field and 1+ year purchasing experience or equivalent.
  • Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization and analytical skills required.
  • Experience in purchasing for a Four-Diamond or greater Hotel/Casino property is required.
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel required; Stratton Warren software experience a plus.
  • F&B purchasing experience in excess of $50 million annually a plus.
  • Multi-property, high volume buying experience a plus.

  • Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of materials and sources of supply.

Job Description:
