Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Buyer/Procurement professional in Fremont, CA to analyze MRP data, issue purchase orders in SAP, and maintain ERP records. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate inventory.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in supply chain or related field, have 3+ years of procurement experience, SAP expertise, and bilingual Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Buyer or Procurement roles.
• Experience using SAP/ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP data and convert system recommendations into purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records and update ERP/MRP system data as required.
• Issue and manage purchase orders through the ERP/SAP system.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure clarity in expectations and order fulfillment.
• Track order status and expedite deliveries when needed to support the schedules.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels and lead times to prevent shortages, overstock, and aging situations.

• Bilingual—fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken is desired.
• Strong organizational, communicational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
