Selby Jennings is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support fundraising initiatives, manage data analysis, and coordinate campaigns. You will ensure accuracy of datasets, prepare investor materials, and partner with senior IR leadership to drive capital formation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in investment banking, PE, or related finance, strong attention to detail, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. This role requires onsite work in Charlotte, NC five days per week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in finance or analytical roles.
• Strong data management and accuracy across multiple datasets.
• Experience with fundraising data and investor relations is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support IR and fundraising initiatives through data analysis and coordination.
• Maintain fundraising databases, CRM, investor records.
• Create, review, and distribute investor collateral and materials.
• Ensure accuracy of valuation metrics and performance data for investors.
• Assist with investor meeting prep and campaign management.
• Identify process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with investment, finance, operations and leadership.
