Job summary

Agri-Mark, Inc. in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Butter Supervisor to lead all phases of the butter operation on-site.

You will assist the Master Scheduler to ensure production schedules meet goals, and you’ll participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and safety. Qualified candidates have a college degree or related training and 3–5 years of dairy manufacturing supervision experience, with knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and GMPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, dairy manufacturing preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
• Solid knowledge of SQF, HAACP and GMPs.
• Minimum 3 years supervisor experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Butter operation oversight across all phases at the West Springfield facility.
• Assist Master Scheduler to ensure schedules meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain effective working relationships and provide guidance to trainees and coworkers.
• Ensure products meet regulatory and customer specifications; support maintenance and lab functions.
