Job summary

Agri-Mark is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee dairy processing, condensing, drying and butter operations, as well as warehouse activities. The role requires leadership, regulatory and quality oversight, and the ability to manage safety and production adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and preferred dairy manufacturing experience, with 3–8 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Dairy manufacturing experience preferred, 3–8 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility operations for receiving, processing, condensing, drying, and butter operations.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure regulatory, quality, safety and staffing decisions.
• Lead and develop production team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safe, high-quality production with emphasis on efficiency and changeover readiness.
