- $120,000 - $140,000/year (depends on experience)

INTRODUCTION:
We are seeking a Butler/Personal Assistant to join a high-end private household. This role involves managing household operations and assisting with various tasks, requiring humility, service dedication, and assertiveness for staff oversight. You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for different aspects of household management. The ideal candidate is adaptable, committed, experienced in management, and able to uphold standards while guiding staff. Applications are welcome from those who meet these criteria.
DUTIES:
- Oversee and manage property projects and vendor activities, ensuring successful and efficient completion.
- Conduct regular property inspections; identify issues, report, and supervise staff to resolve them promptly.
- Manage home maintenance, overseeing upkeep and repairs.
- Arrange staff schedules and tasks to ensure productivity and coordination.
- Inspect and ensure high-quality work from staff; provide feedback for improvement.
- Exhibit strong leadership, manage staff effectively, and foster an accountable work environment.
- Oversee household inventory, ensuring supplies and organization.
- Provide transportation for Principals; maintain vehicle readiness; perform errands.
- Handle calls, greet guests, and manage the Principals’ calendars.
- Coordinate travel, family activities, and events for smooth execution.
- Assist with various tasks as requested, demonstrating flexibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of management experience, with proven ability to manage a team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; experience as a personal assistant preferred.
- Experience in hospitality or family office settings.
- Strong analytical, learning, and communication skills; confidentiality is essential.
- Proficient with G-suite, iPhone, and MacBook.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, team-focused, with excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in English, written and spoken.
- Flexible schedule, willing to work shifts, including holidays, weekends, evenings.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks.
- Willing to undergo pre-employment health screenings and annual flu vaccination.
