Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training available.
• CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls for past due accounts and support resolution of outstanding balances.
• Process credit applications for new and existing customers.
• Set up new customer accounts and COD accounts.
• Maintain and organize tax exempt certificates.
• Post Peterbilt and PACCAR warranty transactions.
• Accept and process credit card payments.
• Calculate, post, and verify financial data including invoices and payments.
• Post transactions using the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Assist with PACCAR and Fleet Charge postings.
• Maintain accurate and organized account records.
