Job summary

Starwood Hotels in the United States is seeking a dedicated Butler to coordinate logistics for each guest’s stay, including spa services, dinner reservations, transportation, and exploration of the property. You will begin servicing guests prior to arrival and continue until departure, delivering seamless, anticipatory service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of similar work experience; a post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.

• Experience in concierge operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

Someone who is a master of timing and communication, ensuring that each guest’s needs are anticipated and met in a way that is fluid, seamless and seemingly effortless. Someone who will begin servicing the guest prior to their arrival up until the time they depart from the hotel. About you… Passionate about guest service and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Experience in concierge operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
