Starwood Hotels in Brooklyn is seeking a Concierge to delight guests with personal recommendations, restaurant bookings, and hidden local gems. You love to explore Brooklyn, and you bring a sharp eye for detail to ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in a similar position, a post-secondary diploma is a plus, and flexibility for a 24-hour operation. You’ll join a mission-driven team that values service, community, and sustainable hospitality.

About you

• Passionate about guest service and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in concierge operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
