Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency of product.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (slicer, steamer, fryer, ovens, grill, etc.).
• Assist with base sauces, stocks, and soups.
• Assist staff to cook, prepare, dish-up and assemble food.
• Rotate products using FIFO and label/date for safety.
• Check station before, during, and after shift for cleanliness.
• Comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Support culinary team and follow management directions.
• Strive for consistent, picture-perfect plate presentation.
