Job summary

Valley View Casino & Hotel is seeking an Associate Cook to learn and safely prepare food items per menu specifications. You will work with the culinary team to ensure timely, accurate preparation while adhering to policies and mission values.

You will build knowledge of cooking techniques, base sauces, stocks, and soups, and operate kitchen equipment. A positive attitude, teamwork, and strong attention to sanitation are essential.
