Job Description

Responsibilities

The Busser prepares dining rooms for use, cleans areas, and sets tables to ensure a positive guest experience.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Completing all set-up tasks
• Stocking and closing duties on time; clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables per procedures, following health and sanitation guidelines.

The Food Runner delivers food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables accurately and timely, assisting the service team to ensure a fine dining experience.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with beverage and food service
• Communicating effectively with co-workers
• Completing assigned side work
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Remaining calm and effective under pressure
• Communicating clearly, patiently, and courteously with guests
• Transporting beverages to a party of 4 in a single trip
• Transporting beverage and food items continually throughout shifts
• Moving safely throughout the location
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience in high-volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment

• Tasks are performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with exposure to the public and noise.
• Employees must frequently stand, walk, handle items, reach, talk, hear, and sometimes lift/move weights up to 75 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Native American Preference Policy:

Preference in employment practices is given to members of the Seminole Tribe, followed by other federally recognized Native American Tribes, meeting job requirements.

Employment Process:

Candidates must obtain gaming licensure via background checks, including credit, criminal, and drug screening, prior to employment.
