Job Description:

Busser Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining rooms for use, clean areas, and set tables to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Complete all setup, stock, and closing duties on time; clear, clean, and reset tables following health and sanitation guidelines.

Food Runner Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables accurately and promptly.
• Assist the service team in executing a fine dining experience.
• Assist with beverage and food service, communicate effectively, perform side work, multitask, and operate calmly under pressure.
• Transport beverages and food efficiently, move safely throughout the location, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least 6 months experience in high-volume food service or customer service, or equivalent education/experience.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, guest-smoking environment on the Casino Floor with exposure to noise and the public.
• Requires standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, bending, and lifting weights up to 75 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
