Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Experience in a scratch kitchen preferred.

Compensation range is $55,000-$65,000/year + 10% bonus potential.

The final salary will be based on several factors, including experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a retail component and Wine Club program. You’ll execute exceptional operations, from managing food quality from our scratch kitchen to providing excellent guest service. You’ll lead and develop Management and Hourly Team Members, partnering with the General Manager to achieve goals and grow the Wine Club Community through guest education and invitations.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee 1-2 departments, including food runners, host, porters, and/or bar
  • Adhere to policies and manage operating systems
  • Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house
  • Create a respectful, cohesive work environment reflecting company values
  • Manage people through hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Lead community and department meetings, coach team members
  • Maximize financial and operational results, conduct weekly inventory
  • Build and maintain Wine Club Community through staff training and guest engagement
  • Operate POS, scheduling, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintain a safe, food-safe work environment
  • Uphold professional image per Team Member Handbook
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant; scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results-driven with ability to coach team towards targets
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
  • Certifications like ServSafe preferred; must meet licensing requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for 10+ hours
  • Work 50-60 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays
