Responsibilities

The Kitchen in The Woodlands currently needs Bussers. Both morning and evening shifts are available.

FOH Guest Service Partner

The FOH Guest Service Partner is part of each store's front of the house team and is focused on operations related to guest relations, food, cleanliness, and organization. The position may work as Cashier, Barista, Greeter, Expo, and/or Busser. This partner normally reports directly to the Operations Manager.

The FOH Guest Service Partner ensures that the front of the house operations meet expectations during their shift. The partner is responsible for following the steps of service set forth by the company to take care of every guest. The partner must maintain positive guest relations by ensuring they are prepared to meet every guest need. Responsibilities include checking all food presented to the guest for accuracy and freshness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to guest relations, cash control, inventory control, and working well with other members of the team.
