Job summary

Medina Entertainment Center is seeking upbeat bussers to support a busy dining area. You will clear tables, sanitize guest areas, and reset for the next guests, while helping to stock glassware and assist servers and management as needed.

Candidates must be able to carry heavy loads of glassware and work at a fast pace to keep up with seating needs. Shifts include nights, weekends, and some holidays, so reliability is essential.

• Clear tables and reset dining areas for the next guests.
• Sanitize and wipe down guest areas; maintain cleanliness during service.
• Restock glassware and assist servers, management, and kitchen staff as needed.
• Carry heavy loads of dirty glassware/dishes safely in a bus tub or on a tray.
• Work at a fast pace to meet seating needs and support the team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include clearing tables, sanitizing and wiping down guest areas and resetting for the next awaiting guests. Bussers will also assist with other restaurant needs such as restocking glassware, assisting with specific guest requests, and supporting restaurant servers and management as needed. You must be able to carry full, heavy loads of dirty glassware/dishes in a bus tub or on a tray, keep clearing areas tidy and work at a fast pace to keep up with seating needs. We are looking for up-beat, hard-working, focused individuals to assist servers, management and kitchen staff.
