Job summary

HashHouse a Go Go - Linq Hotel in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Busser to support dining room service. You will remove used tableware between courses, reset tables, and assist servers during peak periods to ensure smooth service.

The role requires prior food service experience, the ability to work fast-paced with attention to detail, and physical stamina to lift and move items throughout shifts. Flexible, team-oriented, and guest-focused candidates will fit well.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service setting is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast past environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Be able to lift, carry, reach, and bend down throughout entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Promptly greet guests as they are seated.
• Remove the used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Clear tables after guests leave.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop-off area.
• Replenishing clean dishes, silverware and glassware as needed to designated areas.
• Between seating promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths.
• Check the floor and clean as required.
• Reset and arrange tabletop.
• Where applicable inspect/clean and restock the assigned restroom every 30 minutes.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server as needed.
• Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
