Job summary

Compass Group, North America is seeking motivated individuals for restaurant table service roles, particularly during Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field. Candidates will set and clear tables while maintaining service standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have experience in the food and beverage industry, and hold a Valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certification. This seasonal position offers access to unique benefits including Instapay and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work during all Cubs home games.

Job description

Job Summary

Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service. Located across the street from Wrigley Field are the Wrigley Rooftops. This seasonal position is specifically around Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of workstation and guest areas.
• Stocking food service areas and coolers in accordance with Levy standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Removing garbage & recycling throughout the day.
• Assisting coworkers as needed.
• Performing any other task assigned by leadership; subject to manager's discretion.

Qualified Candidates must be able to

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Climb up and down up to 7 flights of stairs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Engage with guests in a personable and friendly manner.
• Work as part of a team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
• Available to work all Cubs home games.
