Qualifications

• Entry-level; hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support the restaurant team by clearing tables, napkins and refuse.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness by wiping tables and chairs and clearing debris from the floor.
• Deliver prompt service by resetting tables in a timely manner.
• Support the team while monitoring dining room activity.
• Collaborate with team to communicate guest needs or requests.
• Resolve guest complaints and contribute to guest loyalty.
