Job summary

Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is seeking staff to assist the Outlet Manager and restaurant servers in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and delivering stellar guest service.

You will clear tables, reset service ware, stock stations, and support beverage and bread service while assisting with high-volume service. Tasks involve physical work up to 50 lbs and require dependable teamwork for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and promptly reset tables for the next guests.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve beverages, bread, and butter to begin dining and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Assist in keeping outlets clean and welcoming and support servers and outlet manager.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
