Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Servers and Bartenders by running food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and stations.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies including glassware and service items.
• Monitor guest needs and communicate with the Server to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support smooth operations.
• Handle guest items, trays, and plates with care and attention to presentation.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards set by the property and local health codes.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management.
