Job description

Busser / Porter (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Busser/ Porter to join our team! This dual-role position is vital to keeping our restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll support both front and back‑of‑house operations to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

As a Busser:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers with water, silverware and guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining areas
• Restock service stations with necessary items

As a Porter:

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas including restrooms, kitchens and common areas
• Take out trash and recycling
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Able to work on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and carry or pull objects that may be heavy
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work evenings and holidays as needed
• Current Texas Food Handler and TABC Certifications
