Job summary

Porter Cullens Restaurant is seeking a dependable, hard-working part-time busser/team support for evening weekday and weekend closing shifts. You will help keep the restaurant running smoothly, assist servers and bartenders, and work as part of a collaborative team.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting and moving supplies, and being ready to jump in wherever help is needed. A great fit for someone who stays busy and takes pride in a clean, efficient dining area.

Responsibilities

• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.

• Restocking server stations, bar supplies, glassware and ice bins.
• Taking out garbage.
• Completing assigned closing duties.
• Assisting with moving tables, chairs and supplies.
• Working as a team player.

Porter Cullens is looking for a dependable, hard working individual to join our team as a parttime busser/Team support. This is an evening weekday and weekend closing position and is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as a part of a team, and helping keep the restaurant running smoothly. Someone who is reliable, punctual, able to work at a fast pace, willing to jump in wherever help is needed. This position does require lifting, carrying and being on your feet the majority of the time. Must be comfortable with lifting and changing kegs.
