Job summary

The Original Ninfa's is looking for a Busser to support the Front of House team in maintaining clean and organized dining areas. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables efficiently, assisting servers during busy periods, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Position Summary

The Busser plays a vital role in supporting the Front of House team by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring tables are turned quickly and efficiently to deliver a positive guest experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms
• Refill water, beverages, and guest supplies as needed
• Assist with opening and closing side work
• Support overall front-of-house operations during peak service times
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Texas Food Handler certification required or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe after hire

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
