Job summary

Town & Country Resort in San Diego is seeking a friendly Busser to keep our dining area running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will clear, clean, and reset tables, assist servers, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

No prior restaurant experience is required but training will be provided; open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred to support our busy service hours.

Qualifications

• A team player with a strong work ethic and great attitude.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Assist servers by delivering food, refilling drinks, and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Support kitchen and bar staff by restocking supplies as needed.
• Work closely with the team to create a positive and welcoming guest experience.
• Assist in other duties as assigned to keep the restaurant running efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. (trays, bus tubs, and supplies).
• Standing and walking for extended periods in a busy restaurant setting.
• Bending, reaching, and stooping to clear tables and restock items.
• Moving quickly to keep up with the flow of service.
