Job summary

Town & Country Resort in San Diego is seeking a friendly, energetic Busser to keep the dining room running smoothly. You will support servers, clear and reset tables, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

No experience is required, we’ll train you. Must have strong teamwork, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Pay rate is $19 per hour; flexible schedules available; opportunities to grow within the restaurant team.

• Quickly clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Assist servers by delivering food, refilling drinks, and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. (trays, bus tubs, and supplies).
• Standing and walking for extended periods in a busy restaurant setting.
• Bending, reaching, and stooping to clear tables and restock items.
• Moving quickly to keep up with the flow of service.
