Job summary

Hard Rock Café is seeking a dedicated busser to support the dining team in a fast-paced environment. You will clear dirty tables, reset tables, sweep floors, and help maintain a clean dining and back dock area.

You’ll stock ice and products, assist hosts and servers, and show urgency to keep service moving smoothly. Some cafes may involve bar pre-mixes tasks.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced dining environments preferred.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized dining area and back dock.
• Demonstrates reliability and a sense of urgency in tasks.

Because of the business volume, bussers may be used at Hard Rock Café. They are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests.
