Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a reliable busser to support our restaurant teams in Cafes, ensuring fast, friendly service. You will clear dirty tables, reset tables, sweep floors, empty trash, stock ice and products, and maintain a clean back dock area to help hosts and servers.

This role requires urgency, teamwork, and good communication. Duties may include pre-bussing, removing ketchup, refilling drinks, and setting up bar pre-mixes where applicable.
