Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Busser to join our family-focused team in Cedar Falls. You will help create a memorable dining experience by maintaining clean tables and dining areas, supporting servers, and ensuring a welcoming, safe space for guests.

The role emphasizes a caring, upbeat attitude and reliable mobility to move dishes and supplies around the dining room throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, legs, debris, and booth seats for all areas of the restaurant.
• Transports plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen.
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals.
• Re-fill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables.
• Assist servers with food delivery.
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked.
