Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group in Orange Beach, AL is seeking a Busser to help maintain a clean, efficient dining room during brunch service. You will clear and sanitize tables, restock utensils, and assist servers to ensure guests enjoy a smooth dining experience.

No prior restaurant experience is required. This role offers daytime shifts, growth opportunities, and a friendly team atmosphere, with benefits and staff perks described in the posting.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Clear tables after guests leave the table.
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths and reset for the next party.
• Serve Guests refills as needed and remove used tableware between courses.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.

Job Summary:

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• No previous restaurant experience required
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
