The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Alabama is seeking a morning-friendly service teammate to help clear, sanitize, and reset tables, ensuring a clean, efficient guest experience.

You will take refills, clear tables between courses, assist with dish pickup, restock, and help maintain restrooms. The role offers medical and dental benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and pay increases within the Ruby Krewe team.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables after guests leave the table and reset for next party.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
• Serve Guests refills as needed and remove used tableware between courses.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.

Job Summary:

Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the Guests

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
• Clear tables after guests leave the table
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
• Serve Guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
