Job summary

The Club at Twin Lakes in Allentown, PA is seeking a Busser/Food Runner to support a smooth dining experience. You will clear tables, refill drinks, and deliver food from kitchen to guests in a fast-paced setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and a positive attitude, with responsibilities including station upkeep, service of beverages and breads, and safe work practices. Schedules may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
