First Watch is seeking friendly Bussers to join our team in Middletown, OH. You will maintain fast, efficient table turnover, clear and reset tables in under 3 minutes, and communicate availability to Hosts and Servers to provide a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates communicate well, value teamwork, and handle light housekeeping duties as part of daily restaurant operations. This role offers a dynamic, customer-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates teamwork and effective communication with colleagues.
• Maintains speed and accuracy in clearing and resetting tables.
• Keeps Hosts and Servers updated on table availability.
• Performs light housekeeping and side duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
