First Watch in Cleveland is seeking a friendly Busser to support our busy dining room. You’ll reset tables within 3 minutes, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and quick, courteous service. Night shifts are not required, and you’ll join a team that values you as a person and rewards your contribution with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to collaborate with hosts and servers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and support teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update Hosts and Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping and restocking silverware.
