Job summary

First Watch is hiring bussers to support our breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. You will help maintain a clean dining area, reset tables quickly, and communicate with Hosts and Servers to maximize seating availability.

Qualifications

• Must work well with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• Ability to communicate clearly with hosts and servers.
• Ability to clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently (under 3 minutes).

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables in under 3 minutes to maintain flow.
• Update Hosts and Servers when tables become available for seating.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and restroom cleanliness as needed.
