First Watch in Wilmington, MA is hiring a Busser. In addition to no night shifts ever, we focus on our YOU FIRST culture and the people who make dining experiences memorable for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Our Bussers help keep the dining area ready by cleaning and re-setting tables within 3 minutes, communicating with Hosts and Servers, and contributing to a smooth, welcoming service environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate well with others and value teamwork.
• Ability to move quickly and accurately in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Reliability and willingness to contribute to a clean, welcoming dining room.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
