Job summary

First Watch in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Busser to support our breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. You’ll be part of a team that prioritizes people, with no night shifts and a culture centered on putting employees first.

You will assist with table resets, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and help keep dining areas clean and inviting. Our bussers help create an exceptional guest experience by maintaining fast, friendly service and staying aligned with the restaurant’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication are essential.
• Ability to clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Willingness to collaborate with Hosts and Servers to seat customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
