Job summary

First Watch in Texarkana, TX is seeking a friendly Busser to help keep dining rooms clean and tables ready for guests. You’ll play a key role in delivering the smooth flow of service by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables quickly and collaborating with Hosts and Servers.

This role supports a no night shift policy and participates in a welcoming team culture that puts people first; teamwork and reliability are valued. Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Teamwork-oriented and able to communicate clearly.
• Capable of fast, thorough table clearing and reset.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping and setup tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
