Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group in Round Rock, TX is hiring a Busser to support wait staff and bartenders, ensuring smooth service and guest delight. You will clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist with food delivery during busy periods.

The role requires attention to cleanliness, teamwork, and strong guest service skills. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the United States; no prior restaurant experience is required, though preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Clear tables after guests.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware.
• Between seating’s promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate with server as needed.
• Assist server with food delivery during peak periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in to ensure smooth restaurant operation as directed.
