M Crowd Restaurant Group seeks an attentive Busser to support waitstaff and bartenders, ensuring smooth service. You will greet guests, serve water, salsa and chips, clear and reset tables, and assist during peak periods. A strong focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction is essential.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick multitasking, and upholding sanitation standards in a lively restaurant setting. Excellent interpersonal skills help create a welcoming experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Restaurant experience in hospitality environment preferred, but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
• Greet guests as they are seated and chips & salsa
• Clear tables after guests
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
• Between seating’s promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths. Check floor/bathrooms and clean as required.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests, communicating them to the server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Must maintain a clean and organized service area
• Thank guests as they are leaving
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or director
