Responsibilities include clearing tables, assisting with food delivery during peak times, and maintaining a tidy service space while communicating guest needs to servers. 17+ age required; hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures and table setup.
• Understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist coworkers as needed.
• Ability to clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Ability to carry trays, dishes, and supplies safely.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Clear tables after guests.
• Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area.
• Between seating’s promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests, communicating them to the server as needed.
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Must maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or director.
