Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Greet guests and serve water, salsa, and tortilla chips upon arrival.
• Clear tables after guests leave.
• Handle soiled tableware and sort silverware in designated areas.
• Between seatings, clean tabletops, chairs and booths; monitor floors and restrooms.
• Respond to guest requests and relay to server as needed.
• Assist server with food delivery during peak periods and large parties.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Thank guests as they leave.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operations.
