The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Busser to help keep dining rooms sparkling and ready for guests. You’ll support servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from start to finish.

Role emphasizes speed, efficiency, and a positive attitude in a high-volume, full-service environment, with opportunities for steady hours, flexible scheduling, and meals and benefits. Must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality or food service (preferred).
• Reliability, punctuality and guest-focused attitude.
• Team player with strong communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes and glassware.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware for service.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that welcomes every guest.
• Support servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requests.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness including floors, sweeping and mopping.
• Complete station setup/breakdown and assist with closing duties.
